The first FC Saarbrucken is a German football club from the Saarland, Saarbrucken.
The football team was originally founded in 1903 the association, who raced 1909-1945 under the name of FV Saarbrucken, counted from the 1930s to the top clubs was in 1943 and 1952, the German Vice Champion and 1963 was one of 16 founding members of the Bundesliga.

The club was on 18 April 1903 in the district of Saarbrucken Malstatt as a football department of the TV Malstatt founded in 1876. After elimination of the football department in 1907 as a foundation was Malstatt FV-Burbach. On 1
April 1909 was renamed the club in Saarbrucken FV. From 1943 to 1945 the club was formed together with the SC Altenkessel the war gaming community Saarbrucken. After the dissolution in 1946 the club was on 25 November 1945 1 under the name FC Saarbrucken reestablished.
