Vejle BK is a Danish football club Vejle in the Danish first division play. The club was on 3 May 1891 as a cricket club, the football department was introduced in 1902.
The club joined in 1936 at the third class in 1940 and promoted to second class. After the Second World War the club relegated in 1952 and could only return to second division.
In 1956 the club promoted to the highest class. In the second season in the first division league title was secured and by winning the trophy the club won the ‘double’ inside.
The club spent many talented people in the 70′s there were three land titles acquired. In 1978 the club reached the quarterfinals of the European Cup II. The 80′s were quite successful.
In 1990, the club has participated in the UEFA Cup but a year later the club relegated to second class after spending 35 years in first class.
