Peugeot is a French car manufacturer. The family business that precedes the current Peugeot company was founded in 1810. The company, which originally produced the mills table, turns in part to the car and produced his first automobile in 1891 becoming one of the leading automobile companies in history. Due to family discord, Armand Peugeot founded in 1896 the “Society of Automobiles Peugeot.
Today, kitchen utensils such as mills are manufactured by Peugeot PSP. The company now belongs to Peugeot PSA Peugeot-Citroen, which also includes Citroën, Michelin bought in 1976. With headquarters located in historic Sochaux-Montbéliard, is based in Paris avenue de la Grande Armee and design offices and research in Velizy-Villacoublay, La Garenne-Colombes, Careers-sous-Poissy and Sochaux. In 2010, Philippe Varin, and the Peugeot family jointly appoint Jean-Marc Gales as President and CEO of Peugeot.
