FC Dynamo Kyiv is a football club from Kiev, Ukraine. The club was founded in 1927 in the then Soviet Union and plays its home games at the Valeri Lobanovskystadion.
After the breakup of the Soviet Union comes out in the Ukrainian league, where record champion Dynamo with thirteen national titles.
In recent years the club has a formidable competitor in Sjachtar Donetsk in the last seven seasons, won the title four times.
Dynamo Kyiv has twice won the European Cup Winners. Both times Valeri Lobanovsky was the coach of the winning team.
After being in 2002, while still Dynamo trainer, died as a tribute to him was the Dynamo stadium named after him.
