iTunes is a software from Apple Computer that can play, organize and buy songs (from iTunes Store). iTunes can also be used to manage content on iPod, iPhone, iPod Touchand the iPad. IOS users use iTunes to download the application from the App Store. The software is available in versions that can be run using the operating system Mac OS X, Windows 2000, XP and Vista.
Previous version of iTunes which can also run in Mac OS 9, but Apple is not providing it anymore. This tool has gained the reputation of being easy to use and organization of the song is good.
Before the advent of iTunes, a software company Casady & Greene has created a tool called Sound Jam MP music player. Apple software purchases from Casady & Greeneand carried three programmers from the company to create iTunes.
