The club was before last and had 5 points ahead of MEZ Židenice. Through a restructuring of the league not the club ended up in the second, but in the third class.

After three years promoted the club and also in the second class knew the club to get a PhD. The second season at the elite was as unsuccessful as its predecessor. Spartak was last with one point behind Dynamo Pardubice Dukla and Zilina.

The club was founded in 1925 as a football department of the club TSV Hachinger. The club was temporarily dissolved in 1933 by the Nazis, not documents that the club was a “German-friendly” club. After the second World reappeared in the lower ranks.
