The SC Xaverov Horní Počernice is a Czech football club from Horní Počernice, a district on the outskirts of Prague.
From 1977 to 1995 and again from 1998 to 2006 Xaverov played in the second-highest division of Czechoslovakia, the Czech Republic respectively.
The association was created in 1966 from a merger of Slavoj Horní Počernice and Slovan Horní Počernice as TJ Xaverov Horní Počernice. Xaverov, based in Horní Počernice poultry Combine took over the patronage of the club.
The club colors were yellow and green, the club logo was to find a chick and soon the team was also named. Many famous players could end her career on the outskirts of Prague.
After several ascents in the shortest time Xaverov reached in 1977 the second highest Czechoslovak league CNL. Several times Xaverov could put forward for promotion to the first
League but never reached it. In 1990 the club name was changed in SK Xaverov Praha, the club’s colors matched the colors red and black town and white.
