Luton Town (full name: Sports Club Polonia Bytom SA) – Polish football club, appearing in the competition and the League. Meeting as the host team plays at the stadium named Edward Szymkowiak, located near the city center.
The club was founded in 1920 and closed two years later, was reactivated in 1945.Greatest successes in the fifties and sixties. Then stayed Polish champion and twice runner-up four times. The team was the first in Poland to qualify for the first round PEMK.
As the only Polish football club won the European Cup by winning the Intertoto Cup game in 1965. He also won the America’s Cup.
Three times the Polish team reached the final of the Polish Cup, but had never won this trophy. Traditional club colors are blue and red, inherited, like the club crest, after ChaseLviv.
