New Orleans Storm was a football club, who participated in the United Soccer Leagues from 1993 to 1999.
The club, founded in New Orleans, Louisiana, was originally founded as the New Orleans Riverboat Gamblers. The club began (under this name) in the D-3 Pro League before they were promoted to the A-League in 1997.
A year later the club got its new name. 1999 was the last year that the club existed. Among others, Stern John, Ezra Hendrickson and Jason Russell played for New Orleans.
