Sweden has some of the sports club is the famous one Matfors Idrottsförening. Matfors Idrottsförening the Swedish sports club located in the city of Sundsvall Matfors, Vasternorrland County.
The company was founded in 1901 under the name skidklubb Thule (Thule Ski Club). In 1916 the name was changed to Matfors IF. Currently active ski club soccer (men’s and women’s soccer) and tennis.
IF Matfors currently plays in Division 4 Medelpad which is the sixth level of Swedish football. They play their home matches at Thulevallen in Matfors.
The club is affiliated with Medelpads Fotbollförbund. IF Matfors Svenska Cupen played in 2010 but lost 0-2 at home to FC Viljor Friska in the preliminary round.
