The Bolton Wanderers (official: Bolton Wanderers Football Club) – also known as The Trotters – are a football club from Bolton located in the English region of North West England. Currently the team plays in the Premier League.
For the first time in its history the club took in the 2005/06 UEFA Cup, participate in a European club competition, where they lost in the round of 32 teams against Olympique Marseille.
Finally, the club reached the 2007/08 even the UEFA Cup quarter-final and lost there against Sporting Lisbon.
Horwich home stadium is in operation since 1997, the Reebok Stadium after the club had previously played in the Burnden Park. At the head of the association are the president Nat Loft house and the chairman Phil Garside.
