The Stade de France is the largest French stadium with 81,338 seats configuration football / rugby. It is located in the district of La Plaine Saint-Denis in Saint-Denis, north of Paris. It is the work of architects Michel Macary, Aymeric Zublena, Regembal Micheland Claude Costantini.
The architecture of this stage is based on the World port of Pan Am American companiewhich is located at the airport International Airport John F. Kennedy of New York. Hewas inaugurated January 28, 1998 by Jacques Chirac, President of the Republic, during the football match France – Spain.
Built for the needs of the football World Cup in France, it was also designed to accommodate different sports: football, rugby, athletics, motor racing.
It can also accommodate concerts, major shows and events (snow and dream of the beach at the stage). Its capacity ranges between 70 000 (athletics) and 81,338 seats (football, rugby, concerts and performances) through forums low shrink.
