Major League Soccer is the name of the football league in the United States. This was followed 18 team league. Founded in 1993. League is an annual competition held regularly.
The competition is almost similar to the system of sports in America in general, which uses a system of two regions, namely the Eastern Conference and Western Conference. The difference though is divided into two regions, but the league was put together, not apart as in the NBA.
The top eight teams advance to the championship round of the MLS Cup Playoff to find two teams. 2 team is what will appear in the MLS Cup for the title.
Of all the teams who competed in the MLS, D. C. United became the most dominant team in the MLS. The team’s home city of Washington DC are the highest in the history of collecting titles in MLS with four-time winner of the finals five times.
