The club was founded January 1, 1917 year. The club’s name derives from the feat of two Argentine lotnikoł.
On February 22, 1922 the club joined the National Football Federation Association Argentina de Football, starting the game in the league Intermedia.
On September 28, 1940 was opened the club stadium Estadio Eduardo Gallardon. Los Andes is currently playing in the third division of Argentine Primera B Metropolitana.
